  6.   Tech Note 1:

  8.        If the video is not displaying properly make sure of the following:
  9.  
  10.          1:  The VESA driver is installed.  This driver will be
  11.              found on the drivers disk supplied with your video card.
  12.  
  13.          2:  You have at least 540 K of free conventional memory.
  14.  
  15.          3:  You have at least 2 meg of EXPANDED (EMS) MEMORY free.
  16.              Please see the enclosed sheet for details on how to 
  17.              configure your system for expanded memory.
